Made in the Valpolicella Classica region from a blend using the traditional Veronese grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Medium intensity cherry red. Intense bouquet with ripe cherry aromas. Gris is a french name to describe the color of a light rose wine. A blend of 90% Grenche and 10% Carignan. A delicate nose with grapefruit and white peach notes. Fresh and soft palate with a beautiful balance and finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with grilled meat or fish and Asian cuisine. Made from pale-skinned Grenache Gris from 10 to 20 year-old vines and 10% Carignan, "direct press" method is used to create a very pale rosé; grapes are pressed slowly and the juice is run-off without time in contact with the skins. -

All batches of Bush Vine Grenache are crushed as separate parcels to either static pumpover fermenters or open top fermenters. The majority of batches are fully destemmed, however for some the stems are left on to contribute another flavour dimension. The wild yeasts present on the grape skins are allowed to initiate fermentation. Particular batches are selected to remain on skins post-fermentation. This extended maturation helps to contribute an even greater complexity and individuality to the wine. After draining and pressing off skins, all batches are racked into older American, French and Hungarian hogsheads for six months maturation. The fragrance is saturated with brooding plum red fruits, dark cherries and perfumed berries. This is a defined wine showing the richness and concentration of the vintage. The palate is richly textured, fleshy, round and supple, with a red juiciness that merges into velvety tannins. -

Banfi La Pettegola Vermentino 2023 has a straw yellow color, with intense citrus and yellow peach hints accompanied by floral and sage notes. The full structure is well balanced by the freshness. González Byass was created in 1835 by Manuel Maria González and remains in family hands today, now in the fifth and sixth generation. Founded in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, in the heart of Sherry country, it is dedicated to the production of high quality sherries. The Sherry triangle, made up of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda, has a unique microclimate influenced by the surrounding Atlantic Ocean and Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers. Production is dominated by the Palomino variety, and vines are planted in the white Albariza soil, with high chalk content which is excellent for retaining moisture. These soil conditions, combined with over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine, fresh, humid breezes from the west (poniente) and warm, dry breezes from the east (levante) have formed the perfect marriage with the Palomino variety to produce an array of sherry styles.All sherries are aged following the traditional Solera system where the wines are blended in 600 litre American oak casks. Many styles are produced with distinctive characters depending on whether they have been aged under the influence of the flor (a layer of natural yeast) or as an oloroso (in contact with oxygen). Aged following a biological ageing, under a veil of yeast called “flor” in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river. Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. This Manzanilla is laced with sea breeze scents and pleasant chamomile and flor aromas. Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. Delicate and refreshingly acid with a lingering aftertaste. Papirusa means “elegant and beautiful”. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the ’40s.Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate.

The Muga Rosado 2022 vintage has a pale pink colour. It has a very intense, complex nose, with an initial sensation of peaches, apricots and white blossom. On the palate, it is very well balanced with the acidity integrated with the sensation of volume in the mouth and a very long finish which brings back the reminders of stone fruit and some citrus nuances. -
Bodegas Mustiguillo Mestizaje El Terrerazo Bobal 2019 has notes of red berries with hints of aromatic herbs and flowers. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, with red and black fruit flavors and a touch of spice. -
