The small village of Saint-Bris produces a wine highly unusual for Burgundy, as it is the only white Burgundy AOC made from Sauvignon Blanc. Saint-Bris is produced in an area of 133 hectares and is characterized by a very aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of exotic fruits and blackcurrant leaves. William Fevre Saint-Bris 2021 is a wine with fresh, intense bouquet with asserted blackcurrant bud and boxwood notes. Fresh and round on the palate, with spontaneous expression. Concentrated with suspended density, it concludes with a pithy astringency and a lingering finish. Dassai Beyond Junmai Daiginjo is a premium Japanese sake produced by the Asahi Shuzo Brewery, located in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. It is one of the most exclusive sakes in the world, and is made using a special, limited edition rice variety. Junmai refers to sake that is made purely from rice, water, yeast, and koji. Daiginjo is a classification of sake that indicates it is made from highly polished rice (at least 50% of the outer layer of the rice grain is removed) and fermented at low temperatures for an extended period of time. Dassai Beyond Junmai Daiginjo is made using the best of Yamada Nishiki ricea. This rice is specially grown by selected farmers allowing it to be one of the most highly-polished rice varieties used in sake production. The sake is characterized by a complex and refined flavor profile, with a delicate sweetness and a smooth, creamy texture. It has notes of pear, melon, and other fruits, with a hint of umami and a clean, refreshing finish. Due to its limited production and high quality, Dassai Beyond Junmai Daiginjo is considered one of the most exclusive sakes in the world. It is often served on special occasions or as a gift to those who appreciate fine sake, and pairs well with a variety of Japanese cuisine, particularly rich, flavorful dishes. -

Castillo Ygay is always made from grapes sourced from La Plana, a 40-hectare (98-acre) vineyard, planted in 1950 and located at 485 meters altitude, the highest area of Ygay Estate; the 300-hectare estate surrounding the winery in Rioja Alta.The tempranillo is aged for 28 months in 225-litre American oak barrels and the mazuelo is aged for 28 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.Marques de Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 2011 has aromas of ripe cherry, blueberry and cassis with refined hints of garrigue, Mediterranean herbs, black pepper, clove and mocha. Balance defines this wine vintage after vintage; lively on the palate yet enveloping and harmonious. With silky tannins and a long, elegant finish.
