Louis Jadot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2019 is a premium white wine produced by Maison Louis Jadot, one of the most renowned wine producers in Burgundy, France. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru vineyard, located on the hill of Corton in the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy. The 2019 vintage is known for its exceptional quality, with warm weather and low yields producing grapes of exceptional ripeness and concentration. In the glass, the Louis Jadot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2019 displays a pale gold color with green highlights. On the nose, the wine is complex and elegant, with aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and toasted almonds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of ripe pear, honey, and a hint of mineral. Appassionata Allegro Pinot Noir 2019
The opening tier of Appassionata Pinot Noir bears the name of the Piano Sonata’s first movement, Allegro, which is the musical pace of a brisk walk. This cuvée is a selection of barrels that show a precocious liveliness and expressivity that will drink well as a youthful wine, but is built for aging. It is bottled after 18 to 20 months in barrel, and released three years after the vintage. The Allegro Pinot Noir beautifully displays the beginnings of bottle maturation, and will age gracefully for many years.
Champagne Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature
Champagne Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is made with 100% of Chardonnay grapes. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne). The wine has s a white gold color with a fine sparkle. On the nose it displays minerality and hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.
Champagne Louis Roederer Vintage 2015
Champagne Louis Roederer Vintage 2015 has deep yellow hue with golden and slightly amber tints and vigorous, lively bubbles. The intense Pinot noir bouquet includes notes of zesty red fruit (redcurrants) and juicy, sun-drenched yellow fruit. The palate is powerful. The texture is fleshy and vinous with a lovely acidity that incorporates the freshness and concentration of the juice with great ease.. The fruity aromas gradually give way to sweeter notes of chocolate (cocoa beans) and even delicate roasted notes. The finish reveals concentrated roasted and stewed fruit underpinned by saline, mouthwatering flavors.

Chateau Margaux Premier Grand Cru Classe 2017
The quality of Château Margaux 2017 comes close to its illustrious predecessors without pretending to rival the generosity of 2015 or the elegance of 2016. Nonetheless, it has a rightful place in the estate’s lineage of great vintages: it is profound, complex, intense and long. In some respects, it even surpasses our hopes following September’s rainfall and demonstrates yet again to what extent great terroirs are capable of transmitting all their best qualities into the wine. The initial tastings in the winemaking process offered a moment of astonishment. The Merlot batches are remarkable: the aromas are fruity and soft, a roundness on the palate and rich volume made it possible to include them in a proportion of 8% for the first wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon is always the heart and the framework for Château Margaux, accounting for 89% of the blend. Upon tasting, the tannins were perfectly ripe, which reassured us that our decision to wait a few more days before harvesting was the right choice. The wines’ structure remains a rare combination of power and refinement. Cabernet Franc (2%) and Petit Verdot (1%) round out the blend for this wine. Château Margaux represents 37% of the harvest.
