Spumanti Metodo Classico. Traditional cuvée of: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Banfi Brut NV has a straw yellow color. Intense and fragrant bouquet. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a characteristic sour note and a slightly bitter finish. Ideal as an aperitif; it also pleasantly accompanies seefood starters and first courses. A perfect marriage with shellfish.

Born in 1976 with the name of Franciacorta Pinot, this wine marks our initial foray into the world of Franciacortas. In 1991, with the name Franciacorta Brut N.V., it takes on an increasingly recognizable style, more expressive of its terroir. In 2005, after more than 30 years of experimentation and dedication, it matures into Cuvée Prestige and acquires its own well-defined identity. Following a constant reduction in the liqueur added at disgorging, in order to exalt the characteristics of the grapes, with the 2017 harvest it adds Edizione to its name, allowing the gustatory memory to precisely identify the various nuances of each interpretation.
Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Vintage Collection Saten 2018
Introduced in 1978 with the name Crémant, it is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta made only with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. In 1990 its name was changed to Franciacorta Vintage Satèn. Since the 2008 vintage, Ca' del Bosco has decided to reinterpret Dosage Zéro, Satèn and Brut, and to give them a distinctive appellation as well: "Vintage Collection". An elegant narrative of our extraordinary territory and of man’s ability to bring out the vines’ inherent potential.
Caballo Loco Grand Cru Brut Nature Sparkling
The soft floral notes of Chardonnay are integrated with the structure and high acidity of Pinot Noir, giving rise to a sparkling wine of great natural complexity, persistent and very deep. The wine has pale yellow color, fine effervescence and elegant pearlescent. Elegant floral aromas with soft notes of white berries, complexed with characters of fresh cream and fine toasts. Mouthfeel: Creamy, persistent and very deep on the palate, with great natural acidity that provides breadth and a vibrant and refreshing finish to the mouth.
Champagne Alexandre Bonnet Blanc de Noirs
Champagne Alexandre Bonnet Blanc de Noirs is a blend of Pinot Noirs from a variety of the estate’s vineyards. The Champagne is clear, yellow with gold glints. On the nose it has refined and complex fruit aromas like pear, peach, apricot, plum, floral, honeysuckle, slightly spicy with a touch of citrus and refreshed by a minty note. On the palate it is generous and mouth-watering with an elegant and structuring mineral backbone.
Champagne Baron Dauvergne Blanc de Noirs NV
The Baron D'Auvergne Champagne house, nestled in Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims region, has a history dating back several centuries. They are a small negotiant house, growing and buying grapes. Bouzy is a Grand Cru village, one of the highest-rated vineyards in Champagne, and well known for the quality of its Pinot Noir grapes, perfect for the creation of this cuvee. The Champagne Baron D'Auvergne Fine Fleur is a Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, and aged on lees for 36 months, resulting in its complex flavors and delicate effervescence. The dosage is only 9 g/l RS, creating a Brut style.

Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé has a pale pink color with glints of gold. This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma with notes of red berries and zest of citrus fruits. On the palate, the champagne is light with elegant flavor, followed by a fresh finish with notes of raspberry.

Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut has a golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles. On the nose it has a beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches.
