Azienda Agricola COS
School friends Giambattista Cilia (C), Giusto Occhipinti (O) and Pinuccia Strano (S) began making wine for pleasure and ended up creating a company that would become one of the most well-known in Sicilia. They rented their parents’ lands and began harvesting, pressing grapes, and making wine. They continue to operate with this independence of spirit, doing largely without an oenologist and basing winemaking decisions on their considerable experience and intuition. COS is a lifelong project of expressing the terroir, passion, and culture of this part of Sicily in its truest form.Tatenokawa Tatenyan Junmai Daiginjo Sake
Champagne Pommery Brut Royal
Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and other areas in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate.
Pale yellow with faint green highlights. Lively and cheerful, fresh, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous. Elegant and lively. Small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich, delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine which never wanes on the palate.Oze x Rose Junmai Daiginjo Sake
Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvee Prestige 46a Edizione
Born in 1976 with the name of Franciacorta Pinot, this wine marks our initial foray into the world of Franciacortas. In 1991, with the name Franciacorta Brut N.V., it takes on an increasingly recognizable style, more expressive of its terroir. In 2005, after more than 30 years of experimentation and dedication, it matures into Cuvée Prestige and acquires its own well-defined identity. Following a constant reduction in the liqueur added at disgorging, in order to exalt the characteristics of the grapes, with the 2017 harvest it adds Edizione to its name, allowing the gustatory memory to precisely identify the various nuances of each interpretation.
Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo Sake
Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is a premium Japanese sake that is highly regarded for its exceptional quality and complex flavor profile. It is produced by the Asahi Shuzo Brewery, located in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan, using only the finest rice and water. Junmai refers to sake that is made purely from rice, water, yeast, and koji. Daiginjo is a classification of sake that indicates it is made from highly polished rice (at least 50% of the outer layer of the rice grain is removed) and fermented at low temperatures for an extended period of time. Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is made using Yamada Nishiki rice, which is considered one of the best sake rice varieties in Japan. It has a polished ratio of 45%. This allows for a rich and complex flavor profile with a smooth, clean finish. The sake is characterized by a delicate aroma and a balanced sweetness, with notes of pear, honeydew, and white peach. Overall, Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is a highly sought-after sake that is often served as a special occasion drink or as a gift to those who appreciate fine sake. It pairs well with a variety of Japanese cuisine, particularly seafood dishes and lighter fare.

Domaine Huet Vouvray Le Mont Demi-Sec 2019
Domaine Huet is well known for the age worthy white wines made with Chenin Blanc. For many insiders, the argument over Vouvray’s greatest vineyard comes down to two sites: Le Mont and Clos du Bourg. Undisputably a grand cru vineyard, Le Mont enjoys a choice site on the Première Côte. With less clay and more stone than Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont yields young wines of intense minerality. With age, the wines develop great length and finesse. This wine has notes of white flowers, citrus fruit and apple with great tension on the palate and a long mineral finish. Can be aged for at least 10-15 years.
