Matured for one year at -10° C / 14 F. The nose on this unpasteurized Daiginjo is made up of rose pedals, cooked banana and tropical fruit. This is a really plump and viscous Nama that is both smooth and soft. There are a ton of ripe flavors to choose from honeydew melon, to a sweet fruit compote, to honeycomb.
