Banfi Brunello di Montalcino 2018 is a rich and elegant Brunello, both in structure and in olfactory expression. Brilliant ruby red with garnet-colored reflections, on the nose the aroma is sweet and fruity, the hints of fresh red fruit stand out, which combine perfectly with the more complex notes of licorice and pipe tobacco. The structure is powerful, and the palate is pleasantly enveloped by a consistent tannic texture, well balanced by a pleasant acidity. Extremely persistent with excellent aging potential. It pairs particularly well with rich and tasty dishes. -
Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva 2019 is balanced and elegant wine The nose is complex and characterized by notes of plum jam and blackberries accompanied by tertiary hints of licorice, vanilla and leather. Excellent structure; long and persistent finish. It goes perfectly with typical Tuscan dishes, such as tortelli with ragout or Peposo. -

Manzanilla Papirusa
Aged following a biological ageing, under a veil of yeast called “flor” in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river. Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. This Manzanilla is laced with sea breeze scents and pleasant chamomile and flor aromas. Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. Delicate and refreshingly acid with a lingering aftertaste. Papirusa means “elegant and beautiful”. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the ’40s.Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate.

Patty Green and Jim Anderson started Patricia Green Cellars in 2000 after walking away from a very successful winery that they had built up since its inception in 1993. As karma would have it they were offered the opportunity, out of almost nowhere, to purchase a winery and vineyard that were located in the area that would become to be known as the Ribbon Ridge AVA. The winery was built on the idea that there were great vineyards in Oregon that could produce uniquely excellent wines if people dedicated themselves to the farming and winemaking necessary to do so. Over many vintages that ideal expanded as experience was gained, the winery grew and the sophistication of the vision adapted to the times. -

Grosset Wines is a small family-run operation entering its fifth decade. The unwavering vision is to create pure expressions of variety and place. Our four estate-owned vineyards, A-Grade Certified Organic and Biodynamic (ACO), are located in high altitude country of the Clare Valley, each site selected for its potential to produce great wine and planted by Grosset. Each is handpicked and hand pruned; each bunch of grapes harvested at optimum ripeness. Production is tiny. Single vineyard wines are the focus. The winemaking process is gentle and uncomplicated. Custodianship remains with Grosset Wines from grape growing to in-house bottling; authenticity is assured. Delightful floral aromas with hints of lime juice and beeswax - though it's white flowers that dominate. It's almost joyful or playful. On the palate, tight, fine and intense; a pure and unevolved thread of lime juice at its core. It has depth of flavour and intensity in its infancy with the suggestion that these will become hallmarks of the aged wine. -

Clos Floridene Rouge 2016 is a red wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and vanilla, along with hints of tobacco, leather, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and a touch of oak. The tannins are firm and well-integrated, providing a long and complex finish. Rozes Vintage Porto 2017 has a deep inky color. On the nose it is intense, fine with mature aromas. On the palate the wine is marked by good freshness and its concentrated and distinct tannins, highlighting its potential with a good structure and body. It pairs perfectly with strong cheeses, dark chocolate cake and red fruit ice creams.

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 2017 is matured in wood for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking. The Graham’s 2017 can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses like Cheddar and Manchego. On the nose it has a lovely honeysuckle fragrance as well as hints of mint, along with bright, attractive tropical fruit notes in the background. On the palate it has notes of ripe black fruit combining with hints of kirsch. The fine-grained tannins give the wine balance and structure, whilst good acidity underscores the wine’s freshness.
