The texture is fleshy and vinous with a lovely acidity that incorporates the freshness and concentration of the juice with great ease.. The fruity aromas gradually give way to sweeter notes of chocolate (cocoa beans) and even delicate roasted notes. The finish reveals concentrated roasted and stewed fruit underpinned by saline, mouthwatering flavors. -

Champagne Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is made with 100% of Chardonnay grapes. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne). The wine has s a white gold color with a fine sparkle. On the nose it displays minerality and hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon. -
Champagne Alexandre Bonnet Blanc de Noirs is a blend of Pinot Noirs from a variety of the estate’s vineyards. The Champagne is clear, yellow with gold glints. On the nose it has refined and complex fruit aromas like pear, peach, apricot, plum, floral, honeysuckle, slightly spicy with a touch of citrus and refreshed by a minty note. On the palate it is generous and mouth-watering with an elegant and structuring mineral backbone. -
Pazo de la Cuesta Mencia 2020 has an intense red color, middle layer. On the nose the wine has aromas of strawberries and black currants with foral notes and some maturity characteristic. The attack is fresh, its roundness stands out in the mouth with a good balance between alcohol, acidity and tannicity. -
Pazo de Rubianes Albarino 2021 has a gold yellow color. On the nose the wine has white flower and fruit aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, elegant and complex. The opening tier of Appassionata Pinot Noir bears the name of the Piano Sonata’s first movement, Allegro, which is the musical pace of a brisk walk. This cuvée is a selection of barrels that show a precocious liveliness and expressivity that will drink well as a youthful wine, but is built for aging. It is bottled after 18 to 20 months in barrel, and released three years after the vintage. The Allegro Pinot Noir beautifully displays the beginnings of bottle maturation, and will age gracefully for many years. -

Pure Dusk Junmai Daiginjo is produced using local, artisanal rice grown in Akita, Japan. The rice grain is milled to 45% of its original size. The sake has a fruity aromas like pear and hints of green apple. On the palate it shows a delicate structure, with hints of fresh orange peel and cantaloupe with a medium length and dry finish. Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo is made from Dewasansan rice, a descendant of the iconic Omachi heirloom strain. This rice is exclusively grown in Yamagata prefecture and helped to pave the way for Yamagata to receive the first geographical indication (GI), or appellation, in all of Japan. Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo has some grassy, floral aromas with green apple and melon notes. The finish is soft and smooth. It is an excellent pairing with teriyaki salmon, sautéed snow pea shoots or maple glazed ham. -
