A beautifully dense and complex sake, the Toyo Bijin Ichiban Matoi Junmai Daiginjo contains notes of fresh tropical fruit like melon, papaya and strawberry. Gorgeous aromatics, the sake itself is soft with a pleasant off dry flavor, but balanced by a light acidity.
