Chateau Cantegril Sauternes 2018 half bottle
Château Cantegril Sauternes 2018 is a dessert wine produced in the Sauternes appellation of Bordeaux, France. Sauternes wines, including Château Cantegril, are renowned for their unique production process involving the development of noble rot. This fungus, known as Botrytis cinerea, affects the grapes and concentrates their sugars, resulting in a wine with rich sweetness and complex flavors. Château Cantegril Sauternes 2018 is primarily made from Sémillon grapes, which contribute to the wine's lush and opulent character. It also includes smaller proportions of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, adding to the wine's aromatic profile and overall balance. Château Cantegril Sauternes 2018 offers an enticing bouquet of ripe stone fruits such as apricot and peach, along with notes of honey, citrus zest, and a touch of tropical fruits. On the palate, it displays a velvety texture and a harmonious balance between the wine's sweetness and lively acidity. The flavors unfold layers of dried fruits, candied orange peel, honeyed almonds, and a hint of vanilla. The wine finishes with a lingering, honeyed sweetness. Château Cantegril Sauternes 2018 is a versatile wine that pairs exceptionally well with various desserts and cheese. It is an excellent companion to foie gras, blue cheese, crème brûlée, fruit tarts, and poached pears. The wine's sweetness and acidity create a delightful interplay with the flavors of these dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Patricia Green Pinot Noir Reserve 2022
Patty Green and Jim Anderson started Patricia Green Cellars in 2000 after walking away from a very successful winery that they had built up since its inception in 1993. As karma would have it they were offered the opportunity, out of almost nowhere, to purchase a winery and vineyard that were located in the area that would become to be known as the Ribbon Ridge AVA. The winery was built on the idea that there were great vineyards in Oregon that could produce uniquely excellent wines if people dedicated themselves to the farming and winemaking necessary to do so. Over many vintages that ideal expanded as experience was gained, the winery grew and the sophistication of the vision adapted to the times.
Grosset Polish Hill Clare Valley Riesling 2022
Grosset Wines is a small family-run operation entering its fifth decade. The unwavering vision is to create pure expressions of variety and place. Our four estate-owned vineyards, A-Grade Certified Organic and Biodynamic (ACO), are located in high altitude country of the Clare Valley, each site selected for its potential to produce great wine and planted by Grosset. Each is handpicked and hand pruned; each bunch of grapes harvested at optimum ripeness. Production is tiny. Single vineyard wines are the focus. The winemaking process is gentle and uncomplicated. Custodianship remains with Grosset Wines from grape growing to in-house bottling; authenticity is assured. Delightful floral aromas with hints of lime juice and beeswax - though it's white flowers that dominate. It's almost joyful or playful. On the palate, tight, fine and intense; a pure and unevolved thread of lime juice at its core. It has depth of flavour and intensity in its infancy with the suggestion that these will become hallmarks of the aged wine.
