    The Don Melchor Vineyard is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains on the northern bank of the Maipo River, 650 m above sea level. This is one of the coldest zones of the Alto Maipo Valley, which translates to great freshness to the wine. The 2019 vintage of Don Melchor is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, with only 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine has spent 15 months aging in French oak barriques. Expect a powerful Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of blackcurrants, black cherries, herbal aromas of mint, and a dense palate with full body and firm tannins, with a long finish of vanilla and tobacco notes.     The Jansz Premium NV Cuvee is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Specially selected and crafted individual batches from cool climate locations in Tasmania form this wine. Every site used to source grapes is specifically designated to growing fruit for sparkling wine.
