The Jansz Premium NV Cuvee is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Specially selected and crafted individual batches from cool climate locations in Tasmania form this wine. Every site used to source grapes is specifically designated to growing fruit for sparkling wine. Honeysuckle and citrus scents are immediately apparent with slight aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and a sniff of strawberry from the Pinot Noir. Delicate fruits and creaminess wash through the mouth leaving a lingering finish of citrus and nougat. -

This dry, mineral-driven Rosé is produced from Grolleau (70%) and Gamay (30%). The vines are planted to clay, sandstone and schist soils. The wine is a product of the direct press method of vinification and the elevage is in cuve with bottling occurring usually in April of the spring following harvest. -
Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva 2019 is balanced and elegant wine The nose is complex and characterized by notes of plum jam and blackberries accompanied by tertiary hints of licorice, vanilla and leather. Palazzo della Torre is one of the wines that has made Allegrini famous internationally, as it was the precursor of the double fermentation method: most of the grapes are vinified at harvest, while the remaining part is left to partially dry (appassimento). In January the wine is blended with the raisinated grapes, and a second fermentation begins. It then ages in second use French oak barriques for 15 months. A blend of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Sangiovese, this is an elegant, harmonious wine with considerable structure. Expect notes of vanilla, black pepper and cloves, with gentle nuances of raisined grapes. The palate is velvety, with soft tannins and a long and persistent finish. -

Grape: Muscat à Petits Grains BlancOn the Durban label there is a coat of arms with three “Ts.” This is the official coat of arms of the village of Beaumes-de-Venise. The modern day city was originally three villages (Aubune, Beaumes, and Saint Véran). The “T” is a tau which is also an old form of the cross. The three taus, or crosses, are for the protectors of the three villages, Sainte Anne, Saint Roch, and Saint Sébastian. -
Ramos Pinto Duas Quintas 2021 is a red wine produced by the Ramos Pinto winery in Portugal's Douro region. It is made from a blend of two different grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. In the glass, the wine has a deep ruby color with violet hues. On the nose, it offers aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, along with hints of tobacco, cedar, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with firm tannins and a good balance between fruit and acidity. he only Sakagura/Sake Brewery in Kochi City (named after alias of Yamauchi Yōdō, who was a Japanese Daimyo of the Shikoku region in the Edo period). They hope to make sake that is the best to pair with food - sake that is dry, yet with high acidity and umami - using the isolated Tosa Mountain range's pure spring water. This water contains no iron or manganese, which are detrimental elements in sake. The brewery is also quite particular about their ingredients - the rice is polished very carefully, and they use true Kumamoto Yeast. A reserved aroma, gentle rice notes, perfect acidity and a fine finish combine to create the unique flavor profile of Suigei Tokubetsu Junmai. -

Natural Wines are those that have the minimum posible intervention of man.Sulfites are not added. Natural yeasts are used and the wine is bottled unfiltered. Fermentation in tanks. When the natural sugars in the wine have a value of 23 grams per liter, it is bottled and the final sparkling wine is left with 9 grams of sugar. The wine continue to ferment inside the bottle up to the indicated pressure. The sugar in sparkling wine and it ́s pressure are obtained naturally. Sourced from a small selection of our favourite Semillon blocks, the grapes were both hand and machine picked before gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then spent a few months on yeast lees to gain extra complexity and mouth feel. -

The Vivanco winery and its incredible museum is located in Briones, La Rioja. Founded by Pedro Vivanco, a pioneer among Spanish winemakers, the estate is now managed by his sons, Rafael and Santiago. Rafael is the winemaker and is focused on producing wines exclusively from native grapes using traditional techniques. This Vivanco Crianza is made with 95% Tempranillo, 2% Maturana Tinta, and 3% Graciano, and aged in both French and American oak barrels for 16 months. Fresh and floral, expect red berry aromas with spicy notes on the nose, a well-balanced palate with juicy acidity and medium chalky tannins. -
