Yalumba Samuel’s Collection Barossa Bush Vine Grenache 2019
All batches of Bush Vine Grenache are crushed as separate parcels to either static pumpover fermenters or open top fermenters. The majority of batches are fully destemmed, however for some the stems are left on to contribute another flavour dimension. The wild yeasts present on the grape skins are allowed to initiate fermentation. Particular batches are selected to remain on skins post-fermentation. This extended maturation helps to contribute an even greater complexity and individuality to the wine. After draining and pressing off skins, all batches are racked into older American, French and Hungarian hogsheads for six months maturation. The fragrance is saturated with brooding plum red fruits, dark cherries and perfumed berries. This is a defined wine showing the richness and concentration of the vintage. The palate is richly textured, fleshy, round and supple, with a red juiciness that merges into velvety tannins.

William Fevre Saint-Bris 2021
The small village of Saint-Bris produces a wine highly unusual for Burgundy, as it is the only white Burgundy AOC made from Sauvignon Blanc. Saint-Bris is produced in an area of 133 hectares and is characterized by a very aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of exotic fruits and blackcurrant leaves. William Fevre Saint-Bris 2021 is a wine with fresh, intense bouquet with asserted blackcurrant bud and boxwood notes. Fresh and round on the palate, with spontaneous expression. A wine with exquisite lightness. Try it with charcuterie, grilled fish, seafood, oysters.
Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo
Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo is made from Dewasansan rice, a descendant of the iconic Omachi heirloom strain. This rice is exclusively grown in Yamagata prefecture and helped to pave the way for Yamagata to receive the first geographical indication (GI), or appellation, in all of Japan. Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo has some grassy, floral aromas with green apple and melon notes. The finish is soft and smooth. It is an excellent pairing with teriyaki salmon, sautéed snow pea shoots or maple glazed ham.

Nanbu Bijin Shinpaku Junmai Daiginjo
The brewery was established in 1902, and the Nanbu Bijin brand name came to be in 1951. The Iwate area used to be called Nanbu (South), and is a place rich with nature, abundant water and fertile soil. In Japan, most breweries of the time made quite rough, inelegant, sweet sake, but this brewery wanted to make clean & beautiful sake like a fair southern maiden. Hence, the name Nanbu Bijin, or Southern Beauty.
Made from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, the label was designed to evoke the image of a single grain of this pure white Sakamai (sake rice). Has an elegant Ginjo aroma, an a pillowy mouthfeel. Splendidly balanced.Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC 2021
One of the classics of the great Veronese tradition, made by Masi in a contemporary style. Valpolicella Classico, praised by Hemingway as "a light, dry red wine, as friendly as the house of a favourite brother", is made here in an elegant style full of simplicity and freshness. Made in the Valpolicella Classica region from a blend using the traditional Veronese grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Medium intensity cherry red. Intense bouquet with ripe cherry aromas. Fresh with good acidity, soft and silky tannins. Cherries are the dominant flavour, with hints of vanilla.
