The only white wine made by the Fernández family, Alejairén draws its name from the combination of its creator Alejandro and its grape variety Airén. Alejairén Crianza 2020 has an intense straw-yellow color. Clean and brilliant. On the nose it has balsamic and toasted notes, gentle hints of stone fruit and attractive touches of anise and lantana. On the palate the wine has a full, smooth mouth-feel but very fresh. A delicious lingering finish with notes of roasted almonds and stone fruit coming through. -
Bodegas Beronia Rioja Crianza 2019 has a bright, cherry red color. On the nose, the wine has a bouquet of red fruits with hints of rosemary, cinnamon and thyme. On the palate the wine is lively, red berry fruits, soft notes of vanilla and a hint of chocolate and coffee. -

The Muga Rosado 2022 vintage has a pale pink colour. It has a very intense, complex nose, with an initial sensation of peaches, apricots and white blossom. On the palate, it is very well balanced with the acidity integrated with the sensation of volume in the mouth and a very long finish which brings back the reminders of stone fruit and some citrus nuances. -

The Contino Gran Reserva is the most elegant wine produced at the winery. It stays true to the essence of classic Rioja wines while constantly striving to evolve its style.
A selection of the best soils from the vineyards is used to produce the Contino Reserva to offer the best possible wine in terms of acidity, concentration and maturity. The Tempranillo grapes are harvested primarily from an area of stony soil near the Ebro River, resulting in slower ageing due to the humidity of the ground.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are carefully picked in the vineyard before being subjected to a meticulous selection process at the winery. After destemming, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks at 26-28ºC. Then, the grapes undergo post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the same tanks.

González Byass was created in 1835 by Manuel Maria González and remains in family hands today, now in the fifth and sixth generation. Founded in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, in the heart of Sherry country, it is dedicated to the production of high quality sherries. The Sherry triangle, made up of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda, has a unique microclimate influenced by the surrounding Atlantic Ocean and Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers. Production is dominated by the Palomino variety, and vines are planted in the white Albariza soil, with high chalk content which is excellent for retaining moisture. Aged following a biological ageing, under a veil of yeast called “flor” in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river. Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. This Manzanilla is laced with sea breeze scents and pleasant chamomile and flor aromas. Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. Delicate and refreshingly acid with a lingering aftertaste. Papirusa means “elegant and beautiful”. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the ’40s.Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate.
