Bodegas Emilio Moro Tinto 2020 has a deep garnet red in color, on the nose it is serious and elegant. The evolution in the glass translates into an increase in intensity and aromatic complexity where the fruit continues to be the backbone of the nose of the wine. On the palate it has a well- structured body with ripe, silky tannins, easy to drink and a persistent aftertaste. -
The Muga Rosado 2022 vintage has a pale pink colour. It has a very intense, complex nose, with an initial sensation of peaches, apricots and white blossom. On the palate, it is very well balanced with the acidity integrated with the sensation of volume in the mouth and a very long finish which brings back the reminders of stone fruit and some citrus nuances. -
Gramona La Cuvee 2019 has a pale yellow, steel edges (white gold) color. On the nose the wine has medium intensity. Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit (peach, apricot ), golden apple, lemon peel, pineapple. Notes of bakery, nuts such as almonds and some balsamic such as fennel and bay leaf. On the palate the wine has a round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retronasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long nish. Manzanilla Papirusa
Aged following a biological ageing, under a veil of yeast called “flor” in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river. Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. This Manzanilla is laced with sea breeze scents and pleasant chamomile and flor aromas. Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. Delicate and refreshingly acid with a lingering aftertaste. Papirusa means “elegant and beautiful”. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the ’40s.Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate.

Bodegas Beronia Rioja Crianza 2019 has a bright, cherry red color. On the nose, the wine has a bouquet of red fruits with hints of rosemary, cinnamon and thyme. On the palate the wine is lively, red berry fruits, soft notes of vanilla and a hint of chocolate and coffee. -

The Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes are sourced from a selection of different plots in the “Finca El Estanque” vineyard, with a surface of 60 hectares (150 acres) that is owned by the winery, in the best terroir in Haro. The only white wine made by the Fernández family, Alejairén draws its name from the combination of its creator Alejandro and its grape variety Airén. Alejairén Crianza 2020 has an intense straw-yellow color. Clean and brilliant. On the nose it has balsamic and toasted notes, gentle hints of stone fruit and attractive touches of anise and lantana. Comando G’s “village” wine, La Bruja de Rozas, is sourced from several vineyards in the vicinity of Las Rozas de Puerto Real. Pure Garnacha from granitic sand, La Bruja is perfumed and lively with plenty of fruit with a backbone of acidity and fine tannin. Hand-harvested, natural yeast fermentation and a long maceration followed by nine months in oak vats. -

Year after year, their low yields deliver grapes of extreme concentration with intense fruit and structure. It has a ripe cherry color with ruby reflections. Numanthia 2017 is expressive and deep, with hints of red berries, smoky notes, garrigue aromas and a background of sweet spices aromas. Tinto Pesquera, the Familia Fernández Rivera flagship property, is known for producing some of the most sought-after Tempranillos in the world, including Millenium Reserva, which is only made in select vintages. The grapes for Millenium are sourced from the Viña Alta vineyard, where Familia Fernández Rivera planted their first vines at the end of the 1960s and beginning of the 1970s. It is located at an altitude of over 800 metres. Millenium Tinto Pesquera Gran Reserva 2015 has a clean and bright with a very deep, black cherry color. On the nose the wine is full with fruit aromatics and subtle, well integrated oak. It has harmonious notes of ripe, black fruit, licorice and hints of coffee and spices. On the palate, Tinto Pequera has a full, fleshy and long with a lingering, round tannic structure. An elegant development on the palate with ripe fruit and roasted coffee beans coming through in the finish. This is a silky, elegant wine that aged well in French oak barrels. Great with all types of red or white meats. Also with game dishes and above all perfect with roast suckling lamb. It also goes very well with stews and pulses, as well as desserts, such as bitter chocolate or cheesecake.
