Bodegas y Vinedos Pintia 2019
Pintia lies on the banks of the Douro River, within the Toro D.O. region. The extremely cold winters and hot summers influence its complex soils, which are mainly known for their significant pebble content. This means that finding the perfect harvest period is key to ensure the wine conserves both its fresh aromas and acidity.
Borgogno No Name 2020
Borgogno No Name is made from estate fruit from three of Barolo’s top Crus, and declassified in protest by one of the greatest Barolo producers of all time. “I have chosen one of my best wine and I called it No Name as a quiet protest against the bureaucracy that afflicts Italian agriculture and the wine world.” Made with 100% Nebbiolo, the wine was aged in oak barrels for at least three years and in bottle for at least two years. Intense garnet red color with orange rim. Ethereal, persistent, perfumed. Dry, with velvety tannins, ageworthy.
About Borgogno
Founded in 1761, Borgogno is the oldest continuously operating winery in Barolo. Cesare Borgogno expanded the winery’s production in the 1920s and commercial success followed as he became one of the first winemakers from Piedmont to ship wines abroad. Today, the estate includes 39 hectares with 31 planted to vine. These include five hectares of Timorasso and rows in some of Barolo’s most storied vineyards including Liste, Cannubi, Cannubi San Lorenzo, Fossati, and San Pietro delle Viole. Made with long maceration times and minimal intervention, the wines are renowned for their traditional style and long-term aging potential, a favorite of Italian wine professionals and collectors.Born Gold Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Braai Pinotage 2021
The spirit of braai is captured in this Pinotage, South Africa’s only native grape that is a hybrid between Pinot Noir and Cinsault, a perfect pairing for meat cooked over a flame.
In Braai Pinotage the mission is to create a wine that has intensity but with more delicate aromatics and body than most other bottlings out there.
