Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo is made from Dewasansan rice, a descendant of the iconic Omachi heirloom strain. This rice is exclusively grown in Yamagata prefecture and helped to pave the way for Yamagata to receive the first geographical indication (GI), or appellation, in all of Japan. Toko Sun Rise Junmai Ginjo has some grassy, floral aromas with green apple and melon notes. The finish is soft and smooth. It is an excellent pairing with teriyaki salmon, sautéed snow pea shoots or maple glazed ham. -

The elegant fragrance and fascination is created only from drops. Fukuro-tsuri (Drip-sake) is made from only drops by gravity from moromi (fermentation mush) in a hanged filter bag. It has an elegant fragrance and the dense, fascinating taste. The fruity flavor and the smooth texture will leave an impression of ripened fruits – and you won’t believe it is sake made from rice. Notes of lychee, wild strawberry and grapefruit. A seamless finish with concentrated white pepper.

A beautifully dense and complex sake, the Toyo Bijin Ichiban Matoi Junmai Daiginjo contains notes of fresh tropical fruit like melon, papaya and strawberry. Gorgeous aromatics, the sake itself is soft with a pleasant off dry flavor, but balanced by a light acidity. A bracing, lively and racy example of the Daiginjo category. The Uccelliera estate is located in the warm southern Castelnuovo dell’Abate part of the Montalcino zone. The vineyards range from 150 to 350 meters above sea level. Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino 2018 is aged 24 months in a mix of French and Slavonian oak. The wine has aromas of black cherries, plums, and walnuts with undertones of cedar. The palate is dense and full-bodied, with rich tannins, and a complex finish. -
