Bertani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2011
Cantine Bertani has been making wines in the Veneto region of Italy for more than 150 years. They have consistently strived to combine tradition and research to create wines of uncompromising quality with a distinct identity. Grapes are dried in traditional drying rooms, where they rest on racks for 99 days before the winemaking process begins. An intense red color with hints of garnet, this wine offers succulent red plums and morello cherries on the nose, as well as notes of tea leaves, licorice, and spices. The Bertani Amarone has been described as “larger than life.” This power is balanced by elegance on the dry palate, which showcases red berries sweetened by soft notes of spices. Eight years of ageing in Slavonian oak barrels in conjunction with one further year of ageing in bottle have further contributed to this wine’s complexity. This wine can be easily matched with red meat, game and mature cheese, but is also perfect as a vino da meditazione – a meditation wine.

Jeio Prosecco DOC Brut
Jeio Prosecco DOC Brut has a brilliant, bright straw yellow color with lime-green highlights, and it has a fine and lively perlage. On the nose the wine is elegant and pleasant, with enjoyable fruitiness and nuances of fresh fruit, white flowers, and citrus fruit. On the palate it is smooth, refined, and flavorful, staying true to the fruity notes in the bouquet.

Domus Vini Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby red color with purple shades. Fresh and winy bouquet with pleasant red fruit scents. Soft and fresh taste, bodied and harmonic.
Ferrari Brut Trento DOC
Ferrari Brut Trento DOC has a lively, bright straw yellow color. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose the wine is fresh with an intense bouquet, broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate scent of yeast. On the palate the wine is well-balanced, with a fnotes of ripe fruit and attractive hints of crusty bread.
Tornatore Etna Rosso 2020
Tornatore Etna Rosso 2020 is a medium-bodied Sicilian wine with aromas of wild berries, black cherries and spices, and a full, savory and juicy mouthfeel. It matures for about 12 months in large barrels and is characterized by excellent value for money.
