Original price was: $159.97.Current price is: $139.97.
Domaine Antonin Guyon Corton Bressandes Grand Cru 2017 offers an exceptional range of Burgundies, mostly in the premier crus and the grand crus of the region. Corton is unique as it is the Côte de Beaune's only red grand cru appellation. This wine has a generous nose of juicy black fruit, cherries in particular. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering vanilla, licorice, and an oak-spiciness from 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new. The concentration and broad tannin structure of this wine means it will continue to develop for the next 20 years. An excellent pairing for roasted meat, game, and most cheeses.

Full-bodied, gorgeously concentrated and yet with the ever present elegance and finesse this cuvée always possesses, it offers layers of black raspberries, crème de cassis, white flowers, licorice and cured meat-like aromas and flavors. It will certainly be one of the top handful of wines in the vintage."
  • Clos Floridene Rouge 2016 is a red wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot  grapes. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and vanilla, along with hints of tobacco, leather, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and a touch of oak. The tannins are firm and well-integrated, providing a long and complex finish. This wine is an excellent match for grilled and roasted red meats, such as beef or lamb, as well as hearty stews and strong cheeses. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years to come, as it has the potential to age and develop more complexity over time.
