This Vintage shows an intense, almost black colour. The aroma reveals great complexity and intensity with dried black fruits, such as plums and figs. This wine reveals balsamic notes of heather as well as hints of liquorice, cocoa and chocolate, thanks to its excellent maturation. Dense on the palate, with great volume, it has a well-integrated acidity that frames notes of milk chocolate and sour cherry. It's finish is one of great length, freshness and balance in the true Ferreira style. -

A beautifully dense and complex sake, the Toyo Bijin Ichiban Matoi Junmai Daiginjo contains notes of fresh tropical fruit like melon, papaya and strawberry. Domaine Anne Gros is well-known for producing exceptional Pinot Noir from the appellation of Vosne-Romanée. The owner Anne Gros is widely recognized as one of the leading winemakers in Burgundy. She took over the estate from her father, Francois Gros, in the late 1980s. Anne Gros is known for her meticulous approach to winemaking, with hand-picking the grapes, fermenting with natural yeasts, and using French oak barrels. She also practices minimal intervention in the vineyards, using sustainable and organic farming practices. This Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020 is special selection of fruit from vines planted close to Anne’s vineyards, just outside of Vosne. The wine is aged for one year in French oak casks (500L), with 25% new oak. Expect fresh acidity, medium body, with notes of citrus blossom and fresh pineapple, and a wonderful lacy texture. -

Yuki No Bosha Junmai Daiginjo "Cabin in the Snow" Saiya Brewery doesn't allow high demand speed their production. The sake they brew follows a strict discipline to fine quality. The brewers do all they can to insure a healthy and clean environment and level of strong, consistent effort in brewing. The composition of their sake doesn’t take on a strong aroma (known as uwadatsuka), instead it has a strong aftertaste, or fukumi. This achievement takes studied time, brewing at low temperatures without exposure to air. The result allows for the aromas of the yeast to blend beautifully into their sake.Earthy, rustic, elegant, fruity, crisp, peach, roasted sage, long & layered finish. The brewmaster (toji) for Saiya brewery has been recognized as a cherished craftsman by the Emperor of Japan. -

The Contino Gran Reserva is the most elegant wine produced at the winery. It stays true to the essence of classic Rioja wines while constantly striving to evolve its style.
A selection of the best soils from the vineyards is used to produce the Contino Reserva to offer the best possible wine in terms of acidity, concentration and maturity. The Tempranillo grapes are harvested primarily from an area of stony soil near the Ebro River, resulting in slower ageing due to the humidity of the ground.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are carefully picked in the vineyard before being subjected to a meticulous selection process at the winery. After destemming, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks at 26-28ºC. Then, the grapes undergo post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the same tanks.
