Famille J. M. Cazes Pauillac is third wine of Chateau Lynch-Bages, a true baby Lynch-Bages. The wine is a perfect expression of Pauillac with complex flavors of tobacco, cedar, and dark berries. Created in 2009, this wine is made with grapes from younger vines, and aged in used oak barrels, offering a ready-to-drink style. A blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc, Pauillac 2018 is very concentrated, with high fine grained tannins and a long finish. Excellent quality! -

Their brewing technique focuses on making the most of the characteristics of the sake rice they use, with the main production method being Junmai-zukuri. They offer a variety of sakes from Junmai to Junmai Daiginjo. -
