On the palate the wine has a round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retronasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long nish. Perfect as an appetizer that can be extended to the rest of the meal. Gastronomic and versatile.

On the nose it has a lovely honeysuckle fragrance as well as hints of mint, along with bright, attractive tropical fruit notes in the background. On the palate it has notes of ripe black fruit combining with hints of kirsch. The fine-grained tannins give the wine balance and structure, whilst good acidity underscores the wine’s freshness.
