Gramona La Cuvee 2019 has a pale yellow, steel edges (white gold) color. On the nose the wine has medium intensity. Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit (peach, apricot ), golden apple, lemon peel, pineapple. Notes of bakery, nuts such as almonds and some balsamic such as fennel and bay leaf. On the palate the wine has a round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retronasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long nish. Every site used to source grapes is specifically designated to growing fruit for sparkling wine. All batches are kept separate during winemaking to maximise blending options and the complexity of the final wines. Natural Wines are those that have the minimum posible intervention of man.Sulfites are not added. Natural yeasts are used and the wine is bottled unfiltered. Fermentation in tanks. When the natural sugars in the wine have a value of 23 grams per liter, it is bottled and the final sparkling wine is left with 9 grams of sugar. The wine continue to ferment inside the bottle up to the indicated pressure. The sugar in sparkling wine and it ́s pressure are obtained naturally.
