Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - 97 points: "The 2015 reds from these two brothers are some of the gems in the vintage. The 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape La Combe des Fous is another sensational wine. Full-bodied, gorgeously concentrated and yet with the ever present elegance and finesse this cuvée always possesses, it offers layers of black raspberries, crème de cassis, white flowers, licorice and cured meat-like aromas and flavors. It will certainly be one of the top handful of wines in the vintage."

Azienda Agricola COS
School friends Giambattista Cilia (C), Giusto Occhipinti (O) and Pinuccia Strano (S) began making wine for pleasure and ended up creating a company that would become one of the most well-known in Sicilia. They rented their parents’ lands and began harvesting, pressing grapes, and making wine. They continue to operate with this independence of spirit, doing largely without an oenologist and basing winemaking decisions on their considerable experience and intuition. COS is a lifelong project of expressing the terroir, passion, and culture of this part of Sicily in its truest form. -

Sale!Domaine Antonin Guyon Corton Bressandes Grand Cru 2017 offers an exceptional range of Burgundies, mostly in the premier crus and the grand crus of the region. Corton is unique as it is the Côte de Beaune's only red grand cru appellation. This wine has a generous nose of juicy black fruit, cherries in particular. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering vanilla, licorice, and an oak-spiciness from 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new. The concentration and broad tannin structure of this wine means it will continue to develop for the next 20 years. An excellent pairing for roasted meat, game, and most cheeses.
