Sale!Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wines in France. It is notorious for its elegance, balance and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern limit of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the Mistral wind. All thirteen varieties of the appellation have been organically grown since the sixties. Magnificent deep-colour of an intense ruby-red. Typical of Beaucastel, the nose is rich and complex but very fresh, with an opulent aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of fresh fruit and spices. Full,-bodied, soft, eminently silky, this very elegant wine reveals a superb, dense structure on the palate, very fine tannins and gourmet aromas of fresh red fruit, currants and noble spices. The finish has great length, ample and harmonious. A fruity vintage with great aging potential.

Then, hints of violets and toasted hazelnuts are revealed. On the palate, it is a voluptuous, gourmet and silky wine with a very airy finish, carried by the fruit. This 2018 is in line with the greatest vintages such as 2010 and 2016.

Out of stockAtop the hierarchy of Beaujolais Crus are Moulin-à-Vent and Morgon, with notable ageing potential. Morgon is robust and structured and can mature for a minimum 5-20 years. Purchased by Maison Louis Jadot in 2001, this south- to southeast-facing vineyard is situated on the slopes over the village of Villié Morgon. It covers 87.5 acres of the Morgon appellation, one of the 10 Crus of Beaujolais. This wine is vinified in vats for 10 to 20 days and then matured in oak barrels before bottling. Very deep in color, this wine - blend of three single vineyards (Bellevue, Côte du Py & Roche noire) - shows a brilliant and large aromatic palette (spices, ripen black fruit). On the palate, the tannins are still a bit firm - which indicates the potential of ageing – and they are well balanced by a great tension. A perfect partner for charcuterie, pasta in a rich cream sauce, pizza and pretty much any meat. Wine & Spirits | 92 points: "Cool and lithe, this earthy Morgon has flavors of stewed plums and black currants, held by pointedly brisk tannins that have the chew of blueberry skins. It's a powerful gamay, with a scent one panelist called out as Himalayan kush - and offers a classic companion to charcuterie."

Sale!Beautiful dark red colour with glints of black. The nose is still closed but presents all the characteristics of superb aromatic potential. Depth, complexity and oaky notes are already perfectly integrated. On the palate the attack is soft and silky. Then, gradually, with the same softness, the wine invades the mouth, slowly revealing its fresh character, typical of Duhart-Milon’s late-ripening terroir. A very dense wine with tight, delicate tannins creating excellent length on the palate. All the necessary qualities for a very promising future.

Sale! The Château Gazin vineyards in Pomerol, which were once part of the famous Templars property, occupy 45 acres next to Château Petrus and Château l'Evangile. Most Pomerol improve greatly with age. The wine offers a wide aromatic range of red and black fruit which harmonizes with their intense crimson or garnet red color. It typically offers hints of plum, chocolate, coffee or liquorice, with aromas of almonds, toast, tobacco and vanilla, and a minty freshness. With maturity it develops a spicy nose, with a hint of truffles, notes of undergrowth, game, fur and leather.

Sale! The outstanding weather in 2015 resulted in rich, fruity wines with great balance and excellent structure. Made from very ripe fruit, they have a perfect harmony and a remarkable underlying softness. Powerful Cabernets dominate the blend. Rich, fleshy and dense, they harmonise with the well-structured Merlots. The Petits Verdots are dark and spicy, and bring a touch of complexity to the wine.
