Sourced from a small selection of our favourite Semillon blocks, the grapes were both hand and machine picked before gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then spent a few months on yeast lees to gain extra complexity and mouth feel. -

The Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes are sourced from a selection of different plots in the “Finca El Estanque” vineyard, with a surface of 60 hectares (150 acres) that is owned by the winery, in the best terroir in Haro. Aging: aged for 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Refined in the bottle for 36 months before release. -
The champagne has a pale gold or straw color with fine and persistent bubbles, creating an effervescent and lively appearance in the glass. On the nose, you can expect a bouquet of fresh and vibrant aromas. Hints of citrus fruits like lemon and green apple, along with floral notes like acacia and white flowers, may be present. On the palate the Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve tends to be well-balanced and crisp, showcasing a combination of fruitiness and elegance. Citrus and orchard fruit flavors are likely to dominate, complemented by a touch of minerality. The acidity should be bright and refreshing, and the finish should be clean and lingering. The champagne pairs excellently with a wide range of dishes. It can be a delightful aperitif, but it also complements various appetizers, seafood, poultry dishes, and lighter fare. -
A fragrant unspooling of red berries, just plucked off a wintery branch, cool and incandescent. The aromas deepen to the darker tones of cassis, brambleberries and black cherries. The vivid fruit is overlaid with a hint of balsam, sketched in with woody spice, fresh cinnamon, touches of vanilla smoke and classic cigar box. The line of cassis continues onto the palate with ripe plums and succulent red cherries, the juicy fruit enlivened further by a refreshing, natural acidity. Fine-grained, powdery tannins layer and dissolve, carrying all that fruit towards the appetisingly clean, and dry finish. -
The Rutherford Ranch Chardonnay 2019 has toasted oak notes followed by tree fruit aromas including ripe pear, dried apricot and Golden Delicious apples. A full-bodied wine balanced with oak flavors showing as vanilla and sweet-oak through to the palate. -

Izumo Fuji Junmai Ancient Shrine is made with Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Shimane prefecture. The brewery is located in the town of Izumo, home to one of Japan’s oldest and most revered Shinto shrines. Izumo Fuji Junmai Ancient Shrine has violet aroma, plum on palate; soft, relaxed, and expansive in texture. An “umami type” of sake with ricey dryness. Serve chilled, room temperature or warmed. Versatile but best with rich foods like Japanese stews, grilled steak, and briny shellfish. -

The vines on the appellation Chablis spread over 12 hectares, situated at the heart of the Chablisian vineyard. This wine is aged in stainless steel tanks so as to respect the typicity of the appellation. Our Chablis are characterized by their freshness, power and tenacity. Their bouquet displays a dominance of mineral notes, which are often associated with delicate touches of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit). -

Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes 2020 has a pale lemon-gold colored. On the nose the wine has citrus and spices notes. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, long finish with lingering chalk and mineral nuances. -

Les Arums de Lagrange Bordeaux Blanc 2020 has a pale yellow color with intense aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus and white peach. The attack is lively, with a generous midpalate, and a pleasant roundness in the mouth, thanks to the ageing on lees and the 17% of Sémillon that was especially good in 2020. Tangy and beautifully balanced, this wine is ready to drink for those who enjoy fresh fruit sensations. It should continue to delight our palates up until 2026. -

2018 marks a new era for Cos d’Estournel Blanc: the balance, freshness and cellaring potential have been taken to the extreme, resulting in a supremely sophisticated, finely crafted wine. Chateau Cos d'Estournel Blanc 2018 has notes of floral blossoms, exotic fruit and fresh almond, also has a lovely mineral. -
Ancient Peaks Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc 2021 has aromas of pear, pineapple and lemon zest with fresh mineral tones. On the palate the wine clean with flavors of melon, peach, guava and grapefruit. A subtle hint of varietal grassiness adds complexity to a bright, zesty finish. This food-friendly wine pairs well with crab cakes, fresh oysters, grilled sole with lemon, and herb-roasted chicken breast.
