Introduced in 1978 with the name Crémant, it is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta made only with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. In 1990 its name was changed to Franciacorta Vintage Satèn. Since the 2008 vintage, Ca' del Bosco has decided to reinterpret Dosage Zéro, Satèn and Brut, and to give them a distinctive appellation as well: "Vintage Collection". Born in 1976 with the name of Franciacorta Pinot, this wine marks our initial foray into the world of Franciacortas. In 1991, with the name Franciacorta Brut N.V., it takes on an increasingly recognizable style, more expressive of its terroir. In 2005, after more than 30 years of experimentation and dedication, it matures into Cuvée Prestige and acquires its own well-defined identity. Following a constant reduction in the liqueur added at disgorging, in order to exalt the characteristics of the grapes, with the 2017 harvest it adds Edizione to its name, allowing the gustatory memory to precisely identify the various nuances of each interpretation. -

Natural Wines are those that have the minimum posible intervention of man.Sulfites are not added. Natural yeasts are used and the wine is bottled unfiltered. Fermentation in tanks. When the natural sugars in the wine have a value of 23 grams per liter, it is bottled and the final sparkling wine is left with 9 grams of sugar. The wine continue to ferment inside the bottle up to the indicated pressure. The sugar in sparkling wine and it ́s pressure are obtained naturally.
