Made from the oldest vines growing in ground made up of large stones lying on top of clay, Le Plus de La Fleur de Boüard expresses the full character of the property’s old Merlot grapes which are the only variety to be used. These very old vines obviously have very low yields of 15 to 29 hectolitres per hectare.
The wine is aged for a very long time: 33 months in barrels including 18 months on fine lees. The resulting wine is smooth and elegant. It has perfect balance and lovely freshness. This lush, mouth-filling wine reveals a wide range of aromas and outstanding elegance.

Bibi Graetz Testamatta Rosso 2020 "Testamatta," meaning "crazy-head" in Italian, perfectly reflects the creative and passionate nature of winemaker Bibi Graetz. This Supertuscan wine highlights the purity, minerality, and transparency of Sangiovese from old vines. The grapes for the 2020 vintage are hand-picked and undergo rigorous selection in both the vineyard and winery. The Clos des Lambrays is one of the 33 Grands Crus of Bourgogne, located in one of the region’s most precious so-called “Climats”. The very first reference to « Clos des Lambrays » traces back to the fourteenth century. Archives of the Abbey of Cîteaux reveal its founding around 1365. An engraved milestone, still in its original location, commemorates the founding. The Domaine des Lambrays Clos Des Lambrays Grand Cru 2021 offers aromas of dark cherries, ripe plums, and blackberries with hints of violets, forest floor, and graphite. On the palate, it is balanced with bright acidity and very fine tannins, displaying flavors of red and black fruits, earthy notes, and a touch of spice and cedar from the long aging in French oak barrels.
