Champagne Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is made with 100% of Chardonnay grapes. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne). The wine has s a white gold color with a fine sparkle. On the nose it displays minerality and hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon. -
The 2019 Ardeche Chardonnay presents itself with a brilliant straw hue, revealing aromas of green apple that will develop into more honey and almond notes after 2-3 years of aging. Champagne Louis Roederer Vintage 2015 has deep yellow hue with golden and slightly amber tints and vigorous, lively bubbles. The intense Pinot noir bouquet includes notes of zesty red fruit (redcurrants) and juicy, sun-drenched yellow fruit. The palate is powerful. The texture is fleshy and vinous with a lovely acidity that incorporates the freshness and concentration of the juice with great ease.. The fruity aromas gradually give way to sweeter notes of chocolate (cocoa beans) and even delicate roasted notes. The finish reveals concentrated roasted and stewed fruit underpinned by saline, mouthwatering flavors. -

Aile d'Argent Blanc du Chateau Mouton Rothschild 2020 has an apple yellow with a slightly greenish color. On the nose the wine has aromas of ripe fruit such as apricot, tropical fruit and white peach, complemented by a floral touch. On the palate, the offers notes of white fruit and pineapple flavors. -
Diego Pressenda La Torricella Barbera d'Alba Superiore 2019 has a ruby red color. It has a rich and intense flavor of fresh fruit. In the mouth it is juicy, with a delicate acidity, velvety with interesting vanilla nuances. Soft and flexible wine that reflects the typical character of Barbera grapes. Full-bodied with perceptible alcohol, but very well balanced thanks to its velvety tannins and fresh acidity. It goes well with various dishes such as pasta or red meat. -

The quality of Château Margaux 2017 comes close to its illustrious predecessors without pretending to rival the generosity of 2015 or the elegance of 2016. Nonetheless, it has a rightful place in the estate’s lineage of great vintages: it is profound, complex, intense and long. In some respects, it even surpasses our hopes following September’s rainfall and demonstrates yet again to what extent great terroirs are capable of transmitting all their best qualities into the wine. The initial tastings in the winemaking process offered a moment of astonishment. The Merlot batches are remarkable: the aromas are fruity and soft, a roundness on the palate and rich volume made it possible to include them in a proportion of 8% for the first wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon is always the heart and the framework for Château Margaux, accounting for 89% of the blend. Upon tasting, the tannins were perfectly ripe, which reassured us that our decision to wait a few more days before harvesting was the right choice. The wines’ structure remains a rare combination of power and refinement. Cabernet Franc (2%) and Petit Verdot (1%) round out the blend for this wine. Château Margaux represents 37% of the harvest. -
