Grosset Polish Hill Clare Valley Riesling 2022
Grosset Wines is a small family-run operation entering its fifth decade. The unwavering vision is to create pure expressions of variety and place. Our four estate-owned vineyards, A-Grade Certified Organic and Biodynamic (ACO), are located in high altitude country of the Clare Valley, each site selected for its potential to produce great wine and planted by Grosset. Each is handpicked and hand pruned; each bunch of grapes harvested at optimum ripeness. Production is tiny. Single vineyard wines are the focus. The winemaking process is gentle and uncomplicated. Custodianship remains with Grosset Wines from grape growing to in-house bottling; authenticity is assured. Delightful floral aromas with hints of lime juice and beeswax - though it's white flowers that dominate. It's almost joyful or playful. On the palate, tight, fine and intense; a pure and unevolved thread of lime juice at its core. It has depth of flavour and intensity in its infancy with the suggestion that these will become hallmarks of the aged wine.

Imayo Tsukasa IMA Junmai Sake
Imayo Tsukasa IMA Junmai Sake has refreshing fruity aroma upfront with cleansing acidity with a slight briny and mineral finish. It was also special brewed to pair well with oysters. The sake is gentle sweet with sour tones. It's made with a special yeast that cultivates manic acid, which enhance the body's ability to absorb the oysters nutrients.
Clos Floridene Rouge 2019
Clos Floridene Rouge 2016 is a red wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and vanilla, along with hints of tobacco, leather, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and a touch of oak. The tannins are firm and well-integrated, providing a long and complex finish. Rozes Vintage Porto 2017
Rozes Vintage Porto 2017 has a deep inky color. On the nose it is intense, fine with mature aromas. On the palate the wine is marked by good freshness and its concentrated and distinct tannins, highlighting its potential with a good structure and body. It pairs perfectly with strong cheeses, dark chocolate cake and red fruit ice creams.
Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage 2017
Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 2017 is matured in wood for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking. The Graham’s 2017 can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses like Cheddar and Manchego. On the nose it has a lovely honeysuckle fragrance as well as hints of mint, along with bright, attractive tropical fruit notes in the background. On the palate it has notes of ripe black fruit combining with hints of kirsch. The fine-grained tannins give the wine balance and structure, whilst good acidity underscores the wine’s freshness.

The terroir and its micro-crus express their nuances in vintage after vintage. The fresh, delicate aromas of Cabernet Franc are balanced by the voluptuous concentration of the old Merlot vines along with a lingering touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, in wines of elegant power.
