Black Label's brilliant color recalls the characteristic straw tones of the Pinot Noir, with glints of amber. It is lively in the flute, with a fine stream of persistent bubbles. Its fresh aromas combine the impression of vitality and spring-time scents, together with hints of toast and honey. Sale!Plénitude 2 is the second life of Dom Pérignon, patiently brought to a new elevation and set on a path to eternity. After close to 15 years of slow transformation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon expands its energy and rises to an apex of essential, radiant vitality, in its state of Plénitude. Elevated to new heights, it unfurls across every dimensions – wider, deeper, longer, more intense - and gifted further with an extended longevity. The 2004 fruit remains discreet, yet more clearly defined in this second life of the Vintage. Citrusy notes of pink grapefruit and blood oranges gently cede to figs. The additional time on the lees elevates the minerality of the vintage with the sublime maturity that is Dom Pérignon’s signature. Cocoa, mocha, roasted nuts, brioche and honey. The wine balances on the edge with immediacy and surprise, evolving between tension and weightlessness. It has an extreme, tactile precision, deep and sculptural. The sensations come together in a persistent and elegant finish, underlined by sappy, licorice notes.

Made from the oldest vines growing in ground made up of large stones lying on top of clay, Le Plus de La Fleur de Boüard expresses the full character of the property’s old Merlot grapes which are the only variety to be used. These very old vines obviously have very low yields of 15 to 29 hectolitres per hectare.
The wine is aged for a very long time: 33 months in barrels including 18 months on fine lees. The resulting wine is smooth and elegant. It has perfect balance and lovely freshness. This lush, mouth-filling wine reveals a wide range of aromas and outstanding elegance.

Sale!Domaine Huet is well known for the age worthy white wines made with Chenin Blanc. For many insiders, the argument over Vouvray’s greatest vineyard comes down to two sites: Le Mont and Clos du Bourg. Undisputably a grand cru vineyard, Le Mont enjoys a choice site on the Première Côte. With less clay and more stone than Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont yields young wines of intense minerality. With age, the wines develop great length and finesse. This wine has notes of white flowers, citrus fruit and apple with great tension on the palate and a long mineral finish. Can be aged for at least 10-15 years.

Grape: Muscat à Petits Grains BlancOn the Durban label there is a coat of arms with three “Ts.” This is the official coat of arms of the village of Beaumes-de-Venise. The modern day city was originally three villages (Aubune, Beaumes, and Saint Véran). The “T” is a tau which is also an old form of the cross. The three taus, or crosses, are for the protectors of the three villages, Sainte Anne, Saint Roch, and Saint Sébastian.
