Sale!A unique champagne in that it is composed of 100% Meunier, a grape that typically plays a supporting role in this region. Following a hand harvest the grapes go through alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Afterwards, the new wine is blended with an impressive 50% reserve wine from the 2012-2014 vintages. Once bottled, it spends almost three years on the lees, gaining complexity. As an extra brut it receives only a small amount of dosage at 3g/L. The aromatics are all ripe orchard fruits, bright citrus, white pepper and minerality. The palate is full of fresh fruit, despite the low dosage, and thanks to the pure Meunier fruit. It is nearly full bodied and has flavors of pear, cherry, plum, brioche and apple skin. Pair with tuna steaks or salty, nutty cheeses.

Sale!Plénitude 2 is the second life of Dom Pérignon, patiently brought to a new elevation and set on a path to eternity. After close to 15 years of slow transformation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon expands its energy and rises to an apex of essential, radiant vitality, in its state of Plénitude. Elevated to new heights, it unfurls across every dimensions – wider, deeper, longer, more intense - and gifted further with an extended longevity. The 2004 fruit remains discreet, yet more clearly defined in this second life of the Vintage. Citrusy notes of pink grapefruit and blood oranges gently cede to figs. The additional time on the lees elevates the minerality of the vintage with the sublime maturity that is Dom Pérignon’s signature. Cocoa, mocha, roasted nuts, brioche and honey. The wine balances on the edge with immediacy and surprise, evolving between tension and weightlessness. It has an extreme, tactile precision, deep and sculptural. The sensations come together in a persistent and elegant finish, underlined by sappy, licorice notes.
