About Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs: After creating vintage Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs, Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps naturally wished to complete the classic collection with a single-grape cuvée destined to become the enduring expression of the House’s specialist savoir-faire. Indeed, with Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, Maison PerrierJouët was perpetuating a tradition dating back to the early 20th century – the House introduced its first allChardonnay cuvées in the 1920s, long before such champagnes became known as “Blancs de Blancs”. To craft Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, Hervé Deschamps blends Chardonnay grapes selected from several of the region’s finest terroirs with a small proportion of reserve wines to ensure absolute consistency of style and quality. After three years’ ageing on the lees in the PerrierJouët cellars, the cuvée is ready to be released, overflowing with freshness and vitality. Severine Frerson, cellar Master, joined Maison Perrier-Jouët in 2018 and became the first female Cellar Master in the Maison's 200 year history. -

Domaine Faiveley Montagny 2020 has clear pale yellow colors with a fresh nose combining floral and mineral notes. Domaine Anne Gros is well-known for producing exceptional Pinot Noir from the appellation of Vosne-Romanée. The owner Anne Gros is widely recognized as one of the leading winemakers in Burgundy. She took over the estate from her father, Francois Gros, in the late 1980s. Anne Gros is known for her meticulous approach to winemaking, with hand-picking the grapes, fermenting with natural yeasts, and using French oak barrels. She also practices minimal intervention in the vineyards, using sustainable and organic farming practices. This Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020 is special selection of fruit from vines planted close to Anne’s vineyards, just outside of Vosne. The wine is aged for one year in French oak casks (500L), with 25% new oak. Expect fresh acidity, medium body, with notes of citrus blossom and fresh pineapple, and a wonderful lacy texture. -

This Grand Cru is shared by the two villages of Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses in the north of the Côte de Beaune. Jadot’s vineyard area has been in the family since the 19th century and faces south. This Chardonnay wine is fermented and matured in oak barrels for a total of 18 months. This powerful and mineral wine has intense fruit, flower, pepper and cinnamon aromas and flavors. It is essential to age this wine in the bottle: 10 to 20 years will bring out the best in its development. Pair with haute cuisine, especially fish, shellfish and white meats in cream sauces. -

Champagne Jean Milan Blanc de Blancs Brut is a high-end aperitif style, with floral, citrus and mineral notes and generous, supple fruit. This cuvée is Jean Milan’s largest, and embodies the house style, with ripe, supple fruit and subtle mineral complexity typical of the grand cru village of Oger. Serve as an aperitif or with appetizers. -
Les Perrières is 2.5 acres in size and is situated on the 'back side of the rock' with a sloping southeastern exposure just above the Le Clos parcel. The soil, which is derived from alluvial deposits, consists of a mix of deep silt and clay containing few stones. The subsoil features streaks of limestone and limestone marls, while the top layers, which are moderate in depth, are littered with stones on the surface. The vines have an average age of 35 years old. The wine is fermented in oak barrels before further barrel maturation, a part of it on lees. This Pouilly-Fuissé opens with creamy honeysuckle on the nose. A generous mouthfeel complements a nice ripeness and intense richness with notes of gingerbread and flowers. The wine is ample, smooth and well balanced, with a vivid, spicy finish. With age, it will gain in richness and fully reveal itself. -
The Rutherford Ranch Chardonnay 2019 has toasted oak notes followed by tree fruit aromas including ripe pear, dried apricot and Golden Delicious apples. A full-bodied wine balanced with oak flavors showing as vanilla and sweet-oak through to the palate. -

Alain Chavy produces restrained, structured, and long-lived white Burgundies from 17 acres of vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, with small holdings in the neighboring villages of Chassagne and Meursault. Alain established Domaine Alain Chavy in 2003 with vineyards inherited from his father and includes some of Puligny's top premier crus. Domaine Alain Chavy Puligny-Montrachet 2020 has notes of green apple and lemon and tend to be tauter and firmer on the palate compared to wines from neighboring villages. Aging in a small percentage of new French oak barrels lends accents of toast and vanilla. Structured white wines with high acid and grip, Puligny-Montrachet is destined for long aging.
