  • La Fête Du Rosé, Côtes de Provence Rosé 2021 is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle and Mourvèdre. The wine is a perfectly balanced, with red fruits notes like vibrant strawberry and with a remarkable finish.
  • Atop the hierarchy of Beaujolais Crus are Moulin-à-Vent and Morgon, with notable ageing potential. Morgon is robust and structured and can mature for a minimum 5-20 years. Purchased by Maison Louis Jadot in 2001, this south- to southeast-facing vineyard is situated on the slopes over the village of Villié Morgon. It covers 87.5 acres of the Morgon appellation, one of the 10 Crus of Beaujolais. This wine is vinified in vats for 10 to 20 days and then matured in oak barrels before bottling. Very deep in color, this wine - blend of three single vineyards (Bellevue, Côte du Py & Roche noire) - shows a brilliant and large aromatic palette (spices, ripen black fruit). On the palate, the tannins are still a bit firm - which indicates the potential of ageing – and they are well balanced by a great tension. A perfect partner for charcuterie, pasta in a rich cream sauce, pizza and pretty much any meat. Wine & Spirits | 92 points: "Cool and lithe, this earthy Morgon has flavors of stewed plums and black currants, held by pointedly brisk tannins that have the chew of blueberry skins. It's a powerful gamay, with a scent one panelist called out as Himalayan kush - and offers a classic companion to charcuterie."

The nose offers a pleasantly fruity bouquet with fragrant notes of red plum and cherry, combined with light spicy and balsamic scents. The palate is fleshy and perfectly reflects the bouquet revealing an extraordinary freshness. The fine–grained tannins, complete this fragrant and pleasant wine.
  • The Black Slate Gratallops comes from a blend of older and younger vine fruit originating from Winemaker August Vincent's vineyards near the village. It showcases both the power, typical of Gratallops, as well as the charmingly elegant and rustic touch of Vicent's winemaking.
  • La Fête du Blanc 2021 is a blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Rolle. The wine has floral and fruity notes with a youthful freshness.
  • Pazo de la Cuesta Mencia 2020 has an intense red color, middle layer. On the nose the wine has aromas of strawberries and black currants with foral notes and some maturity characteristic. The attack is fresh, its roundness stands out in the mouth with a good balance between alcohol, acidity and tannicity.
  • Palid straw yellow with greenish glints. Medium-high intensity. The balance of acidity assigns a structure of great volume to the wine improves its traces until the retro nasal.
  • Gramona La Cuvee 2019 has  a pale yellow, steel edges (white gold) color. On the nose the wine has medium intensity. Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit (peach, apricot ), golden apple, lemon peel, pineapple. Notes of bakery, nuts such as almonds and some balsamic such as fennel and bay leaf. On the palate the wine has a round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retronasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long nish. Perfect as an appetizer that can be extended to the rest of the meal. Gastronomic and versatile.
  • Spumanti Metodo Classico. Traditional cuvée of: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Banfi Brut NV has a straw yellow color. Intense and fragrant bouquet. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a characteristic sour note and a slightly bitter finish. Ideal as an aperitif; it also pleasantly accompanies seefood starters and first courses. A perfect marriage with shellfish.

    Founded in 1849, the Tajima Brewery is managed by the 6th generation of the family. The brewery specializes in the production of yamahai sake. The traditional yamahai method of brewing sake takes 3 times longer than modern methods, but it gives the sake an exceptionally layered and complex flavor. The Tajima family named their sake Fuku Chitose to express their wish that their sake will always bring happiness to those who drink it. Fuku means “happiness” while chitose means “forever”.

    Tasting Note: Savory aromas of pumpkin and spices with complex earthy flavors. The finish is dry and long lasting.

  • Domaine de la Villaudiere Sancerre 2022 has a pale yellow color with aromas of white flowers and citrus. On the mouth the wine is round and fresh. Domaine de la Villaudiere Sancerre 2022 has good balance with a harmonious finish.
  • Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 2017 is matured in wood for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking.     Dassai 45 Nigori Junmai Daiginjo is a premium Japanese sake produced by the Asahi Shuzo Brewery, located in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. It is a unique variation of the Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo that incorporates the traditional Japanese brewing method of nigori, which involves leaving some of the rice sediment in the sake after it is pressed.
