Bodegas Emilio Moro Tinto 2020 has a deep garnet red in color, on the nose it is serious and elegant. The evolution in the glass translates into an increase in intensity and aromatic complexity where the fruit continues to be the backbone of the nose of the wine. he only Sakagura/Sake Brewery in Kochi City (named after alias of Yamauchi Yōdō, who was a Japanese Daimyo of the Shikoku region in the Edo period). They hope to make sake that is the best to pair with food - sake that is dry, yet with high acidity and umami - using the isolated Tosa Mountain range's pure spring water. This water contains no iron or manganese, which are detrimental elements in sake. The brewery is also quite particular about their ingredients - the rice is polished very carefully, and they use true Kumamoto Yeast. A reserved aroma, gentle rice notes, perfect acidity and a fine finish combine to create the unique flavor profile of Suigei Tokubetsu Junmai. -

Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit (peach, apricot ), golden apple, lemon peel, pineapple. Notes of bakery, nuts such as almonds and some balsamic such as fennel and bay leaf. On the palate the wine has a round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retronasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long nish. Perfect as an appetizer that can be extended to the rest of the meal. Gastronomic and versatile. -

When the natural sugars in the wine have a value of 23 grams per liter, it is bottled and the final sparkling wine is left with 9 grams of sugar. The wine continue to ferment inside the bottle up to the indicated pressure. The sugar in sparkling wine and it ́s pressure are obtained naturally. Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 2017 is matured in wood for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking. The Graham’s 2017 can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses like Cheddar and Manchego. On the nose it has a lovely honeysuckle fragrance as well as hints of mint, along with bright, attractive tropical fruit notes in the background. On the palate it has notes of ripe black fruit combining with hints of kirsch. The fine-grained tannins give the wine balance and structure, whilst good acidity underscores the wine’s freshness. -
Pinot Noir is the rising star of Marlborough and the variety that most expresses the differences from season to season. Grown on the southern hills in clay soils, this Pinot is well rounded with oh-so juicy flavours of cherry and black Doris plum. The wild fermentation along with extended lees maturation have added complexity and texture to the dark fruits and the finish is dry with a nice touch of dark chocolate and spice.
