Champagne Taittinger Brut Réserve FIFA World Cup 2026 Edition Non-Vintage Champagne, Limited Edition — 350,000 bottles worldwide

Taittinger is one of the last family-owned Champagne houses, and one of the most distinctive. Where most large houses lean on Pinot Noir for body and weight, Taittinger builds its style around Chardonnay — the result is a house known for finesse, precision, and elegance over richness. The FIFA World Cup 2026 Edition is the Brut Réserve, the house's flagship non-vintage expression, in a collector's bottle designed for the tournament hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Taittinger has been the official Champagne of FIFA since 2014 and is the only French company currently partnering with FIFA at this level. Only 350,000 bottles were produced globally.

The wine itself is a classic blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, sourced from over 35 vineyard sites including Grand Cru holdings in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Reserve wines are included in the blend for complexity, and the Champagne is aged at least three years in the cellar — well beyond the legal minimum for non-vintage — before disgorgement. The bottle features a sleek black finish with holographic red, green, and blue accents representing the three host nations.

On the nose: white peach, citrus, brioche, white flowers, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is lively and fresh, with fine bubbles, a light creamy texture, and a clean, long finish. This is Champagne that is elegant rather than showy — and it happens to come in one of the most striking bottles we've had on the shelf.
