Bordeaux is one of our strongest specialties. Our selection ranges from approachable Bordeaux and Cru Bourgeois to classified growths, mature vintages, and collectible wines. Alessandra is an official Bordeaux educator and has participated in Bordeaux En Primeur since 2015. 305 Wines also offers Bordeaux Futures, providing clients access to selected new vintages before release.

Beyond Bordeaux, our shelves feature carefully selected Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône, Loire, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Austrian, South American, Californian, and other international wines.

Japanese Sake in Miami

Japanese sake is a central part of 305 Wines—not a small addition to the wine portfolio.

We offer one of Florida’s most extensive sake selections, representing established Japanese breweries (kura), smaller producers, traditional brewing techniques, regional styles, seasonal releases, and premium expressions from throughout Japan.

Our approach is kura-driven. We value the identity of the brewery, the people behind the sake, the region it represents, the rice, and the brewing methods behind it.

For customers discovering sake for the first time, we make the category approachable. For experienced sake drinkers, we aim to provide bottles and producers worth exploring more deeply.

Education at the Core

Education has been part of 305 Wines from the beginning.

Through our connection with Florida Wine Academy, our customers have access to professional wine and sake education, tastings, masterclasses, producer events, and guided experiences.

We believe understanding what is in the bottle makes drinking it more interesting. That may mean learning why two neighboring Burgundy vineyards taste different, comparing vintages of Bordeaux, discovering grower Champagne, understanding the difference between Kimoto and Yamahai, or exploring how sake rice and prefecture can influence style.
