While originally conceived of as a value wine, Les Terrasses has slowly evolved into Álvaro’s statement of what makes Priorat special. Drawing on 15+ years of study, Terrasses is sourced from many of the region’s steepest and oldest vineyards—many of them north-facing to avoid the intense afternoon sun. Today, Les Terrasses is today perhaps the single finest introduction to Priorat in the marketplace. -
The Muga Rosado 2023 vintage has a pale pink colour. It has a very intense, complex nose, with an initial sensation of peaches, apricots and white blossom. On the palate, it is very well balanced with the acidity integrated with the sensation of volume in the mouth and a very long finish which brings back the reminders of stone fruit and some citrus nuances. -
Bodegas Mustiguillo Mestizaje El Terrerazo Bobal 2019 has notes of red berries with hints of aromatic herbs and flowers. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, with red and black fruit flavors and a touch of spice. -

Alión comes from a terroirs located in the very best areas of the Ribera del Duero DO region. The soils complement each other, and allied with the same winemaking process used in Vega Sicilia, they have produced wines with a firm structure. 2019 was a drier vintage than normal, which was also noted during the grape tasting. Potent, concentrated skins, yet with a very firm structure. -

The Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes are sourced from a selection of different plots in the “Finca El Estanque” vineyard, with a surface of 60 hectares (150 acres) that is owned by the winery, in the best terroir in Haro. Aging: aged for 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Refined in the bottle for 36 months before release. -
Carmelo Rodero 15 meses en barrica Crianza 2020 is made with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, that come from vineyards over 30 years old. Aged in French oak for 15 months. It has a color of cherry red with ruby rim. On the nose the wine has a harmonious combination of the fruity notes of Tempranillo with nuances typical of its time in barrels. On the palate it is medium-bodied and sweet tannin, with a long and persistent aftertaste. -
The Black Slate Gratallops comes from a blend of older and younger vine fruit originating from Winemaker August Vincent's vineyards near the village. It showcases both the power, typical of Gratallops, as well as the charmingly elegant and rustic touch of Vicent's winemaking. -
