The People Behind 305 Wines
305 Wines is co-owned by Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET and Master of Wine candidate, and Guilherme “William” de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier. Together, we bring complementary expertise to the store.
Alessandra’s background is rooted in classical wine regions, with a particular focus on Bordeaux, Champagne, and Italy. Guilherme’s expertise centers on Japanese sake, including production styles, service, and food pairing. This balance shapes how we select wines, how we guide our clients, and how we define what the best wine shop in Miami should offer.
