On July 27, 305 Wines officially opened its doors in Pinecrest/South Miami, marking a new chapter in our journey. The grand opening w  as a lively event, with over 40 guests joining us to celebrate this milestone.

The event began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the start of our exciting venture. Guests then enjoyed a walk-around tasting, where they had the opportunity to sample a curated selection of Japanese Sake, sparkling wines, rosé, and red wines. Among the highlights were the Champagne Pommery, the rich red Banfi Magna Cum Laude from Tuscany, Gramona Corpinnat, Janz Tasmania, Kirinzan Junmai Daiginjo, and the exceptional IWA 5 Sake. These selections truly set the tone for the day, showcasing the diverse range of offerings at 305 Wines.

Catering for the event was provided by Joanna’s Marketplace, and the atmosphere was further enlivened by a DJ who played a mix of pop and disco music, keeping the energy high throughout the night.

A special moment of the evening was the barrel-breaking ceremony, led by our General Manager and Master Sake Sommelier, Guilherme “William” de Macedo, alongside the General Consul of Japan in Miami. This traditional ceremony was performed to bring luck and prosperity to our new business, a gesture that resonated with our guests.

The grand opening was not just an event but a celebration of community, culture, and the beginning of something truly special at 305 Wines in Pinecrest. We are excited to continue this journey with you and look forward to many more memorable moments ahead.
