Vistaflores Estate VAV Tres Fincas 2023 brings together grapes from three estate vineyard sites in the Uco Valley: Altamira, Vista Flores and La Consulta.

The wine shows ripe plum, blackberry and red berry fruit alongside notes of violet, baking spice, vanilla and a subtle savory character. The palate is medium-bodied, with generous fruit, rounded tannins and enough freshness to keep the wine balanced through its smooth finish.

The idea behind Tres Fincas is right in its name: rather than emphasizing a single vineyard or grape variety, the wine combines the character of three different sites in the Uco Valley. The result is an approachable Mendoza red with both fruit and structure, making it easy to enjoy at the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled beef, burgers, roasted pork, lamb, sausages, empanadas, mushroom dishes, pizza, or semi-aged cheeses.

Serve around 58–62°F. A short 20–30 minute decant can help the fruit and spice open in the glass.
