Les Caillerets is one of the limestone-driven Premier Cru sites of Chassagne-Montrachet, known for wines with citrus precision, mineral tension, and aging potential. Aromas of lemon peel, green apple, pear, white peach, acacia, hazelnut, butter, and light toast lead to a medium-bodied palate with high acidity, lees-derived texture, citrus and orchard fruit concentration, and a chalky mineral finish.
