Fresh citrus, green apple, toasted almond, and a touch of brioche, with fine bubbles and a crisp finish. A great way to welcome your guests, especially alongside shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, or a cheese board.

Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir 2024
Bright cherry, cranberry, and subtle spice, with silky tannins and refreshing acidity. One of my favorite styles for Thanksgiving turkey, roasted mushrooms, and traditional holiday sides.

Tempo d'Angélus Bordeaux 2024
From the Angélus family in Bordeaux, this Merlot-led blend offers ripe plum, blackberry, and gentle spice with smooth tannins. A great choice for prime rib, roasted beef, or herb-roasted potatoes.

Les Remparts de Bastor-Lamontagne Sauternes 2021 (375 ml)
A sweet Bordeaux with notes of honey, ripe apricot, and orange peel, balanced by lovely freshness. Save this one for the end of the meal, alongside pumpkin pie, pecan pie, or blue cheese.
