Teusner The Riebke Shiraz 2021 comes from the Riebke family vineyards in Ebenezer, in the northern Barossa Valley, where generations of farming have supplied fruit for some of the region’s most expressive Shiraz.

The wine is rich with blackberry, dark plum and mulberry, followed by black pepper, dark chocolate and warm spice. The palate is full and generous, but the fruit is balanced by savory tannins and enough acidity to keep the wine from feeling overly heavy.

The 2021 captures the character many customers look for in Barossa Shiraz: ripe fruit, concentration and spice, but with enough structure to make the wine enjoyable at the table rather than simply powerful.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, barbecue ribs, brisket, lamb, burgers, roasted pork, sausages, mushroom dishes, or aged cheddar.

Serve around 60–65°F. A short 30-minute decant will help the fruit and spice open in the glass.
