The new vintage of Pago de Carraovejas comes from high-altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero, planted to Tempranillo with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is fermented with precision and aged in a mix of French and American oak.

The 2023 shows dark fruit, violet, and subtle spice, with the freshness that marks recent vintages at the estate. The palate is structured but smooth, with ripe tannins and a long finish.

Pair with grilled meats, lamb dishes, or aged Manchego.
