Murai Family Nigori Genshu is a cloudy, undiluted sake from Aomori, Japan, made with Masshigura rice. This Nigori Genshu shows aromas of steamed rice, coconut, banana, cream, pear, and melon. The palate has full body, visible rice solids, clear sweetness, rich rice flavor, balanced acidity, and a clean finish. Serve well chilled and gently shake before pouring. Pair with spicy tuna, fried chicken, pork belly, barbecue, Thai curry, soft cheeses, or fruit desserts.
