Mukyu Tenon Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake from Shimane, Japan, made by Itakura Shuzo with Sakanishiki rice polished to 50%. Brewed using the traditional kimoto method, this Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of white peach, Muscat grape, shiitake, steamed rice, and light lactic notes. The palate has medium body, clear umami, balanced acidity, mild fruit, and a clean finish. Serve chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed with sashimi, grilled fish, mushrooms, tofu dishes, roasted chicken, or pork.
