Heinrichshof Zeltinger Dry Riesling 2025 comes from the steep slate vineyards around Zeltingen in the Mosel, where the variety develops remarkable freshness and mineral definition.

The wine is dry and light on its feet, with lime, green apple and white peach joined by subtle floral and herbal notes. The palate is crisp and focused, with bright acidity and a distinctly saline, slate-driven finish.

Heinrichshof has made dry Riesling an important part of its identity, and this bottling is a very good introduction to the estate’s style. It combines ripe fruit with low weight and precise acidity, making it refreshing without feeling simple.
