Hand-harvested grapes undergo a seven-day cold soak with gentle pumpovers to provide structure without green tannins. Aged in 2-5 year old French Oak Barriques for 18 months with 12% new wood, not fined or filtered. 

The Wine is fruity and smooth with a beautiful freshness and a lovely tangy structure. It expresses notes of plums, redcurrants, violets, with touches of blackberries and a slightly toasted finish with length.
