Loimer Brut Rosé Reserve is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Niederösterreich, Austria, made from Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent and farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles.

Pale pink in the glass, the wine opens with fresh strawberry, red cherry and cranberry, followed by subtle notes of pastry, hazelnut and citrus. Extended aging on the lees brings fine bubbles and additional texture, while the low dosage keeps the finish dry and refreshing.

The combination of Austrian red varieties gives this rosé a different personality from Champagne or other classic sparkling regions. Zweigelt provides bright red fruit, while Pinot Noir and St. Laurent add structure and savory complexity.

With its balance of fruit, fine mousse and fresh acidity, this is equally suited to an aperitif or to the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with smoked salmon, tuna tartare, sushi, fried chicken, grilled shrimp, charcuterie, roast chicken, soft cheeses, or dishes with fresh berries and savory elements.

Serve chilled around 46–50°F in a tulip-shaped sparkling-wine or white-wine glass.
